Tonight, I ordered the Wood-Fired Grilled Ribeye Steak ($2,500+10%) (650 RMB), paired with a Californian red wine - Robert Mondavi. The steak at Regent Hotel differs from other high-end steakhouses mainly in that it comes with a fresh salad bar + dessert bar gathered from various places, available for unlimited servings. But its steak is no slouch either. The perfect cooking temperature, with a slight hint of wood aroma, fully brings out the flavor of the American beef.
