Location: Taipei, Anzu Japanese Pork Cutlet Restaurant
Travel Notes: On a rare free Sunday, I wrote nine food diaries in a row. Last Friday, after a lecture at NTU, I met up with my younger brother at Anzu near his school. We ordered the signature set (NT$330 + 10%) and black pork loin set. Like specialized pork cutlet places, they give you sesame to grind and add to the sauce. The pork was incredibly tender, almost like high-quality steak. I couldn't figure out how they made it so delicious. The fried shrimp roll and burdock roll were also great. After the meal, the handmade almond tofu was a perfect finish. Definitely a place worth revisiting! :)
