Travel Notes: My junior from university, Wenqi, recently moved from Taichung to Taipei for work, so we arranged to meet for a meal. Along with another female friend, the three of us came to this quite authentic Sichuan spicy hot pot place. Besides frog legs and brain, we also had pork aorta (huanghou), which I hadn't eaten in a long time. Paired with the oil-based dipping sauce, the spicy aroma added even more flavor. Wenqi has now switched to GCP, working at CloudMile, one of Taiwan's top cloud service agents. She's also recently preparing for the Google Cloud Architect certification. Afterward, I went home and continued drinking whiskey cocktails with my neighbor Tim, an assistant professor, and T. Cheers~ By Morgan @2023.4.22 evening
