Travel Note: Ji Yue Wine Cellar (La Grande Vinotheque) in Songshan District, Taipei. I spent the whole day communicating with ChatGPT, collaborating to write code more efficiently. In the evening, I walked from my place to nearby to relax. Ji Yue near Minsheng Community used to serve French cuisine, but not anymore. Still, the high-ceilinged environment here is very comfortable. I arrived at 7:15 PM, and the staff kindly said they close at 8:00 PM—no problem, don't worry. In the end, I ordered 3 glasses of red and white wine by the glass, plus 1 complimentary glass from chatting happily with Sister KC, totaling 4 glasses. Today, I mainly drank blended wines from the Loire Valley, from sweet and sour flavors to tannin-rich, impactful ones.
