Location: Taipei, Songshan District, Orange Flower Store Multiverse Wine Store Bar. Travel note: The new year begins, a reset. With my friend Cory, who collects a lot of wine, we arranged to have a small drink on the first day of 2026. Chose the physical store of the wine merchant (Ming Yang) located on the first floor of the Sunrise Hotel. The current store manager is also well-known in Taiwan's wine circle, Aaron (Teacher AA), whom Cory has known for a long time. Listening to Aaron share about how Italian wine pairs better with suitable dishes to shine, how aged Beaujolais (Beaujolais of certain vintages) is actually worth trying, and various interesting knowledge about German reds, Australian whites... learned a lot. Thanks for Cory's treat～ I like going off-peak; starting to drink at 2:00 PM on New Year's Day, the whole afternoon was really quiet, allowing me to quietly enjoy the time. XD Cheers!
