Travel Notes Summary: Visited Alumi's office in Banqiao, Taipei. Alumi is one of the well-known experts in Taiwan's trading circle, and the 'Financial Mavericks' Facebook group he founded has tens of thousands of members. This afternoon, Tony, Wic, and I went to visit him. I had seen Alumi on a show before, and in person, he's just as down-to-earth and friendly as he appears on screen. We exchanged many trading ideas and concepts. CMoney's office happened to be right next door. In the evening, also through Tony's introduction, I had an online video call with Jerry, who is in Melbourne, Australia. Jerry is also a professional trader, currently managing funds in the tens of millions of USD range, with a small portion allocated to cryptocurrency strategies, and plans to increase that allocation in the future. So Tony arranged for me to chat with him to see what resources I could help with. After that, I helped a friend by sending Bitcoin to an address to purchase some online services.
