Travel note summary: It's hard to find an omakase dinner in Taipei for NT$1,280 with no service charge. So tonight I invited Senior Lman and Pat to try it. Though the price is low, the portions aren't skimpy—16–17 courses left us quite full. Even with extra sake and Dassai daiginjo, the whole meal came to under NT$2,000 per person.
