I went with Zheyii after work one day to chat and eat, wandering the alleys near SOGO in East District. I ordered the signature hamburg steak cooked with red wine—around NT$300 including service charge for just the main. Honestly, the flavor wasn't bad; the meat aroma spread with each bite, and the sauce kept it from being too heavy.
