Travel note: Had a meeting in the morning. In the afternoon, went to the travel agency to reapply for my expired Taiwan Compatriot Permit. In the evening, discussed Samuel's Crypto FOF deck with Pat and Samuel. For dinner, met up with Haoting, a junior high school classmate from Weidao whom I hadn't seen in a while. Time flies—we've known each other for thirty years now, so we try to meet up whenever possible. Haoting is still working as a CFO at a Taiwanese company, recently back from a business trip to Guangdong Province. He shared some updates on current controls in China and their factory setup in Thailand. At a certain age, after talking about work, we move on to health topics. Haoting now walks 6,000–10,000 steps daily and has specific requirements for vegetable intake. After dinner, he even took me to Xikou Wharf and Rainbow Bridge—today's exercise quota was fully met in one go! XD By Morgan @2022.11.7 evening
