Location: Taipei, Peiying Wine Cellar (2nd visit)
Travel notes summary: I watched the documentary 'Mountain Makers' at the Eslite Cinema in Taipei, a film sponsored by BSOS about Taiwan's semiconductor industry. It was heartwarming to see an interview with my senior Liu Ying-da, whom I'd briefly chatted with before at an alumni event. Thanks to Daniel, founder of BSOS, for the invitation. Afterwards, I met up with lawyer Jingfang at Peiying Wine Cellar. We started with a Burgundy from Côte de Nuit, then I added a Bordeaux from the Left Bank. Two bottles between us led to an open, heartfelt conversation. I had no idea Jingfang even has a WSET certification—impressive!
