Location: Taipei, Jan's Western Restaurant, American Kobe Beef. Travel note: An old-school Western restaurant in Taipei (since 1949). Had dinner here with Brother Mu, Ah-Cai, and Ramen Senior. The steak we ordered (NT$1,550 + 10%, about 400 RMB) was slightly better than Red House, but the value was just okay—nothing too impressive.
