Travel note snippet: I wasn't feeling well yesterday, probably because I went out to play ball and cards in the rain last week. I had to skip two dinner invitations and went to see a doctor instead. After taking medicine and resting, I felt better today. In the afternoon, I worked on some trading pattern programming until I got hungry and went out alone to a nearby small hot pot place that opened not long ago. The last time I visited shortly after it opened, it was quite crowded. But this time, as soon as I walked in, something felt off. On such a cold day, hot pot places should be packed, but this one was only about half full. After a while, watching the impatient looks of other customers, I realized the problem: the wait time for the pot was way too long. It took 15–20 minutes from sitting down to having something to eat. No wonder business wasn't as good as expected on a day like this.
