Location: Taipei, Sweet Orange Steak Restaurant
Travel note summary: One evening, Morgan invited his junior Shengzhi (ICEBONE) to dinner to celebrate his few months at ASUS. The junior chose Sweet Orange, a sister restaurant of the famous Onion restaurant in Tianmu. The prices aren't cheap; steaks generally range around (600-750)+10%. We each ordered a premium steak to try. While examining the unreleased ASUS phone his junior was testing, we also started with our knives and forks. The steak was cooked okay; even medium-rare didn't show blood, and the aroma was decent. But it always felt like something was missing in flavor—maybe because they use New Zealand beef, lacking the sweetness of American beef. This meal was thanks to the freshly paid 'Bong Bong' junior! ^^ Sweet Orange Steak Restaurant, Nanjing Main Store: No. 112, Section 3, Nanjing East Road, Taipei.
