Travel note snippet: After finishing this one, I'll take a break. I'll write about the remaining restaurants when I have time later. So, one afternoon, after discussing some matters with Brother Loco at Mr. Brown Coffee opposite NTUT, I remembered my younger brother was nearby, so I asked him out for a meal. We wandered around Fuxing South Road, unsure what to eat, and ended up choosing this chain hotpot restaurant. The hotpot costs around 300 NTD per person, with a lighter, health-oriented broth. There's also a salad bar to grab some sides. It's a pretty common hotpot place; I didn't leave with a strong impression. A few weeks later, I met my brother again. Due to heavy rain, we quickly found a place to sit and ducked into a Sushi Express conveyor belt sushi restaurant. My brother should graduate from NTU's Graduate Institute of Electronics this year and, if all goes well, will serve his R&D alternative military service (a type of defense service) at Richtek.
