Location: Taipei, Akiyoshi Yakitori (Zhongxiao Store: No. 247-1, Section 3, Zhongxiao East Road). Weekends always pass so quickly. Today, Sunday, I had classes all day. After class, I ate a small hot pot near the train station with Boss Loco, Bro Bo, Sister Mi, Brother Nan, Ziqiang, and A Kui, and we just dispersed. On Saturday, Xiao Yu came up from Kaohsiung and invited me to eat, and we also called A Fu. The three of us came to this quite famous yakitori place. We ordered chicken skewers, pork skewers, mushroom skewers, mentaiko cold dish, shiso rice balls, etc. Its fillet skewers are quite tender and flavorful (NT$200/5 skewers). The fried shrimp rolls are also good (NT$130), almost the same texture as Tainan's Zhou's Shrimp Rolls. Overall, it's a place worth trying. By Morgan @2011.3.20
