Location: Taipei, 8th Blockchain Enthusiasts Annual Conference (Blockchain Summit). In the morning, I met with Freeza, whom I met last time at the Tsing Hua Entrepreneurs Network (TEN) After Party, and visited their company: Global Payments (an S&P500 component - NYSE:GPN). They specialize in solving global payment collection and cash flow issues. In Taiwan, clients like Uber Eats and Food Panda use their services. Freeza previously served as CMO at Mr.6 and Accupass and is now an angel investor for some startups. I had a great conversation with Freeza; he's also familiar with Jeff from Whoscall. We agreed to meet up for drinks another evening~ XD. Then in the afternoon, I went back to Songshan Cultural and Creative Park for the Taiwan Blockchain Enthusiasts Annual Conference, hosted by my old friend Taka, whom I've known for almost 20 years since we served our alternative military service together in Hsinchu.
