Taipei, 肉次方 Yakiniku All-You-Can-Eat Nanjing East Branch; 伊高勢 Whisky & Cigar Lounge (3rd visit). In the afternoon the Zomma team had a gathering with A5 wagyu all-you-can-eat, and I ate so much I was stuffed, so at night I went to Brother Shaolin's place to sit and ordered a Yoichi whisky, Yoichi white wine, and junmai sake. Tonight was actually my first time formally saying hello to Brother Shaolin—previous visits didn't give me much chance—and since OOPS's Andy and a 70-something liquor dealer and F&B veteran, Brother Yan, had both mentioned his name and have known him for over 30–40 years, I finally got to reconnect and chat with him.
