Travel Notes Summary: Taipei - Mary's Hamburger. Looking at the restaurant photos piling up on my computer, but I really can't find the time to write them all up. So, I'll just casually write one when I have a moment (seems a bit half-hearted, huh? @@a). Anyway, this Mary's Hamburger was recommended to me by senior Zongxian after we finished a party at Yangmingshan last weekend. So after everyone dispersed, I brought Shengsheng along to try it out. On Zhongshan North Road in Tianmu, the sign says 'Since 1979,' so it must be an old establishment. Even though it was already 1 or 2 PM, customers were still lining up non-stop. Dining inside requires following the queue from the front grill area, so it's first-come, first-served. The line doesn't move until the person in front has received all their food, so we had to split tasks: I queued, and Shengsheng went upstairs to find seats. Shengsheng ordered a sandwich ($45), while I got a small cheeseburger ($55).
