Location: Taipei, Wanhua World Afternoon Bar. Travel note: Wanhua World Afternoon Bar, Hakkou Cafe in Songshan. An interesting shop inside a traditional market (Wanhua Xin Fu Market), mainly selling alcohol. For food, you can grab a plate from the shop and walk to the various stalls in the market to buy food and bring it back to eat. Inside the market, there's oden, braised dishes, roasted meats, fried snacks... all kinds of food, even sashimi; you can find a place to have it freshly sliced for you. Wanhua World only requires a minimum of one drink (45 minutes). Even around 1 PM, the place was still packed, hard to find a seat. Although I only had one sake here, since I started, one leads to two, two to three, and three can lead to everything. So after eating, I found what seemed like a newly opened sake + coffee shop to visit, had two more glasses of sake, making it three for the day before calling it quits. :P
