Travel note: Another busy day in Taipei's Ximending at Le Ye Shi. Taught a total of 2+3=5 hours of classes during the day, and squeezed in some reading on a 66-page Goldman Sachs research report on digital assets and blockchain that Pat sent over. In the evening, Junming, who rarely returns from Shenzhen, gathered a few college classmates including Naiwen, Bomin, Yanren, and Peijun. It had been anywhere from almost a year to over eight years since I last saw some of them. Everyone is still spread across various industries—from tech and software to finance and non-profits (Foxconn, MediaTek, Trend Micro, Goldman Sachs, Association for the Visually Impaired).
