Travel note summary: Tik & Sip Wine Bar (natural wine bar). Had meetings in the morning, went to the bank in the afternoon, visited Taipei Tianhou Temple, then at 4:00 PM came to Tik & Sip, which just started trial operations in October—probably the first natural wine bar (or even dedicated wine bar) in Ximending. The entire old house space has five floors, with a community café, small recording studio, multi-purpose classroom... can be used or rented for various venues (venue name: CollaPlay). Tik & Sip is on the fourth floor. Chatted with Raymond, one of the owners, for a while. This used to be his grandfather's office living room (watch business), and the decades-old historical atmosphere immediately came through. Taiwan is small—Raymond had previously gone to Tamsui for Cookie哥's Bar Qvevri's 10th anniversary celebration, and we probably crossed paths in that space back then.
