Travel note summary: One day, I met up with a junior I knew online, BrookLu, for a meal (see 'Taiwan is So Small 43'). Since I had just returned from a wedding banquet in Fengyuan that day, I wasn't very hungry. After walking around Qsquare, we ended up at the Uni-Ustyle Mall in front of the station and randomly picked a restaurant to enter. Taiwan really is small—chatting with my junior, I found out that besides visiting our old home in Fengyuan as a child, his grandparents also knew my grandparents because my grandfather used to do accounting for their family's factory back then. Moreover, besides being my junior from Weidao High School, he was also my junior from Nanyang Elementary School. Talking more, it turned out to be quite a coincidence: his homeroom teacher in fifth and sixth grade was exactly my homeroom teacher in third and fourth grade, Teacher Zhang Baorong. My junior still keeps in touch with the retired Teacher Zhang, so I asked for the teacher's number—I thought I'd call during the New Year.
