Travel note: Tutto Bello Italian Restaurant on Shuangcheng Street in Taipei—a place hidden in an alley for over 20 years, right next to the Huaguo Hotel Steakhouse I visited before. I heard it might be awarded two Michelin stars this year. The bill for two exceeded NT$10,000. It's usually packed on regular days, but today, because of the rain and the post-Lunar New Year period, it was very quiet.
