It's an Italian pasta place named 'Boots' because Italy is shaped like a boot on the map. The main branch is in Xinzhuang, but we visited the Banqiao branch that night, just a short walk from Jiangzicui MRT station. Their pasta is cheap, mostly around NT$100, and even with a NT$69 upgrade to a set meal, it's still affordable. So, during peak hours, the place was quite busy, with most seats filled. They also have some steak options, priced around NT$200. Overall, it's a budget-friendly restaurant with good value.
