Location: Taipei, Dingwang Spicy Hot Pot
Travel Notes: My university classmate Funky from Macau visited Taiwan and met up with friends, including at Dingwang in Taipei. I'm not sure if Dingwang is related to the famous Dingwang in Taichung, but catching up with old friends was more important. Funky, now a civil servant in Macau, shared stories about his life. Located on Da'an Road, Dingwang serves spicy and dual-flavor hot pots. Even in summer, business was good. Personally, I still prefer Dingwang for its broth, and Dingwang isn't cheap either—six of us spent over NT$3,000 without ordering much. For the same price, there might be better options. Just for reference.
