Travel note summary: Another evening followed by yet another evening, Morgan and his low-key friend X and his dear girlfriend U came here to eat after U finished hosting an event for Chunghwa Telecom. The main store of Long Xian Ju in the Shida Night Market is always packed and noisy every time I go or pass by. But this branch in the Tonghua Night Market is much quieter. It mainly focuses on chicken hot pot dishes (mountain grape chicken, nine-tailed chicken, ginseng chicken, sesame oil chicken...). The menu is dazzling; besides the soup base, there are various chicken types like mountain chicken, free-range chicken, and black-bone chicken to choose from. The prices aren't expensive either, just over a hundred NT dollars. As I mentioned before when writing articles, in restaurant management, it's best to have your own distinctive feature so that when people think of something, they think of your shop first (e.g., soup dumplings => Din Tai Fung, shrimp rolls => Zhou's).
