Location: Taipei, Long Ji Qiang Guo Mian
Travel note: This is a shop recommended by my junior ICEBONE a few days ago. Tonight, when the rain let up a bit, I went to try it. It's a really interesting 30-year-old shop, hidden in an extremely narrow alley (Alley 84) on Hengyang Road. If no one had mentioned it, no matter how many times I passed by, I would never have walked in. 'Qiang Guo' refers to the technique of first stir-frying ingredients over high heat, then simmering over low heat. Finally, topped with meat sauce, it becomes this bowl of Furong Qiang Guo Mian. It's indeed a quite distinctive shop, no wonder even hidden in such an alley, business is still very good~ Jotted this down casually, full and ready to go play ball~~ :p
