Travel Notes: I was coding all day today. In the evening, two female friends said they wanted to come over for drinks, so we ordered Thai food delivery. We finished two bottles of red wine—one from Georgia and one from France. Opening a third felt like a bit much, so we switched to Dassai Daiginjo sake for a change of pace. Later, my neighbor Tianhao came back after finishing up at Taipei Tech. He's been back in Taiwan for a while now, working as an assistant professor and teaching. He continues to share his experience from working at a NASA lab in the U.S. With new energy joining us, we opened the third and fourth bottles of red wine—a Georgian red and an Italian rosé.
