Travel note summary: During yesterday's meeting for the Zomma Option Protocol, it was very interesting watching Tom unbox the Apple Vision Pro. Tonight, after being busy all day, I suddenly missed the past memories from when I lived in Hong Kong, where William (Weilun) and I would take turns visiting each other's places, often having roast meat with red wine and chatting. So on a whim tonight, I ordered a plate of roast duck leg and sugarcane chicken, and pulled out a bottle of Georgian red wine from home to pair with it. I recall the first time I tried Georgian wine was in 2017, on my first night in Kyiv, Ukraine. Back then, I had dinner with Mr. Liang and the beautiful Daria at a basement restaurant, and the accompanying wine was Georgian red. It left quite an impression. Time flies. After moving around and eventually returning to Taiwan these past years, I've bought a few bottles of Georgian red from a certain wine merchant to keep on hand. Actually, Georgia is an ancient winemaking country with an 8,000-year history.
