Location: Taipei. Travel note: Another fulfilling day. 1. Visited Sam's office in Neihu (Future City Tech). Besides electrochromic glass and waterproof mirror TVs that have entered many five-star hotels, Sam is also involved in real estate in Kumamoto, Japan. So I introduced Zixuan, whose family has been deeply rooted in Kumamoto for over 20 years with strong local resources, to Sam. Turns out they're both Geminis—talked for over two hours. Let's see what collaboration opportunities arise later. 2. Went to TGI Fridays above Uni-President Department Store to discuss matters with Brother Leon. Two good friends happened to be looking for me, so they joined. With investment banking buddy Pat and ramen senior, chatted a bit with Leon. Later talked about concerts and artist IP.
