Location: Taipei, Hana Bi Japanese Izakaya. Travel note: Hana Bi is a small shop tucked away in an alley off Zhongshan North Road in Taipei. The food is very refined, and the atmosphere is nice too, though the prices aren't exactly budget-friendly. For two people with some dishes and two bottles of sake, it came to over six thousand.
