Travel Notes: After a morning meeting, introduced Mars and Andrew at noon—they both have potential collaboration opportunities in the Vietnamese market. After an afternoon meeting, Jack from Sophia Research, whom I met earlier at Offchain, invited some friends for dinner and asked me to join. First, we had Italian food with white wine at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi A11, then went to a shisha bar afterward. Met many new friends throughout the night: Teddy, who left Rock Records to work on NFTs; Ken, from Peking University EMBA, whose classmates are all core second-generation figures from Zhongnanhai; Michael from the US, now with a Crypto Fund; Adrian from Singapore, in real estate and finance; Ken, formerly at Cobinhood, now at FunNow... Taiwan is still small—Jacky, whom I knew from C-Cubed, said he also knows Olen, one of the founders of DeFITs & FDC. Jack trades Taiwanese stocks, US stocks, and Crypto.
