Location: Taipei, PIEMONTE CELLAR
Travel notes: PIEMONTE CELLAR is a place I stumbled upon last time. In the afternoon, I had the chance to meet up with Andrew and Tiger from Nocera, and Teddy from Rock Records for a casual drink here. Taiwan is so small—as soon as I entered, I saw the wines Clark had asked the shop to prepare for a dinner party. We picked an Italian red wine and asked the staff to open it; the body was solid and robust. We chatted about live streaming platforms and newly opened nightclubs in Taipei while drinking. Thanks to Andrew for treating us. In the evening, senior Lman invited me to dinner. He had just finished a meeting with Joseph at Oases, so I suggested a Japanese hamburg steak restaurant near Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. It's the trendy teppanyaki-style charcoal-grilled hamburg steak from Tokyo. After dinner, we went to check out BN Inn Wine Shop on Dunhua South Road and ordered a New Zealand white wine. Cheers! After senior left, the final stop of the day was still a wine cellar—this time to try their mulled wine. Unexpectedly, we added another stop at Wu Xiang on Anhe Road. — Morgan @2023.12.26 evening
