Travel note summary: After buying bread at Paul and finishing honey toast at Dazzling tonight, I met up with my senior from the Tainan Chef Network at this soon-to-open shop. Pierre Marcolini is a famous Belgian artisanal chocolate brand, introduced by the same owner who brought in French Paul and Maison de la Truffe, Yeh Liang-chuan, as another international brand, opening in Shin Kong Mitsukoshi's A4 building. My senior has been staying here these days to assist with the launch of the touchscreen POS system for the store, having just finished a press conference this afternoon. Due to limited time, we only chatted briefly with him.
