Travel note: Taipei, TUGA Portuguese Restaurant, Linsen North 1496 Bar (7th visit). Joey just returned to Taiwan from Shanghai last night and wanted to meet up tonight. I chose a Portuguese restaurant and opened a Portuguese wine to pair with the meal. Afterward, I brought Joey to Xiao Hei’s bar.
