Travel note summary: In Tainan, Ancient City Douhua Village—I went for a drive to escape study stress. Lunch was beef noodles on Xinxing Road, pretty average, so I don't recommend it. After eating, I headed to Fuqian Road; this douhua shop has a sweet taste, rivaling Huoshui or Green House. Soft and tender on the tongue. To find it, it's next to the handmade fish noodles place.
