Location: Tainan, Small Squid Rice Noodles. Travel note summary: After a spa at Water Linglong, I was starving by noon. Guohua Street was crowded, so I tried the small squid rice noodles here. The rice noodles are thicker, which is rare; dipping the squid in sauce and chewing a few times, the flavor was just okay, ordinary. The portion wasn't big, and 50 NT felt a bit expensive. Actually, I heard another small squid rice noodle place on Zhonghua West Road is more famous, but I visited twice and it said closed, so I wonder if it's gone?
