Travel note snippet: On the second morning in Tainan, I first met my mentor, Teacher Wang Taiyu, for breakfast at McDonald's on Zhonghua East Road. It had been a long time since I'd seen him, and I had a good chat about my recent confusions with this teacher who treats me like his own son. He also gave some advice on my choice to pursue a career as a Trader instead of entering the tech or IT industry. Later at noon, I met up with university family seniors and juniors at this Life House. It's a place I really liked during my time in Tainan; sometimes I'd go two or three times a week, so I've tried almost everything on the menu. Years ago, I even wrote about this place on the Dream University BBS food board, which caused a bit of a stir at the time—so much so that I couldn't get a seat when I went myself!
