Location: Tainan - Tsu-jia-ma-li Yakiniku Workshop Travel note summary: Four years ago, on Fuqian Road in Tainan, the Mercedes KTV group opened a yakiniku restaurant called Charcoal Fire Workshop. With its postmodern decor and fresh barbecue ingredients, it quickly sparked a yakiniku trend on this street, with one yakiniku shop after another opening. So it's no exaggeration to say it ignited the war in Tainan's yakiniku market. I really liked Charcoal Fire Workshop and went there many times. Later, it closed due to lease issues, but two larger, more luxurious branches still stand on Fuqian Road and Zhonghua Road, named Tsu-jia-ma-li. Hence, the T2 and T3 written outside the two buildings. A TV station once reported on this restaurant, describing it as a nightclub-style yakiniku place. Entering the Zhonghua branch, the black-dominated building materials paired with dim, hazy colored lights create a psychedelic texture. The seats are almost all private booths, dividing into separate spaces. In the center of the first floor, there's a Japanese-style bar counter.
