At the end of Changrong Road, Section 5, a small shop by the roadside called Vegetable Zongzi Expert, with a '喜' character on it. A single vegetable zongzi costs 20 NT, paired with miso soup for an extra 10. It was quite tasty, not losing out to famous shops.
