Travel notes: After the Lunar New Year, things got unusually busy, so it took me a while to finally write this post. During the holiday, I received a delivery box from a friend of my senior Chenghui in Tainan, asking me to try some snacks. Inside was a box of five-color pineapple coconut jelly pastries, with original, chocolate, golden cheese, matcha, and red yeast rice flavors. While pineapple cakes are common, ones with coconut jelly filling are quite unique. The vibrant colors really catch the eye and make you keep looking at them. According to the business card and website, besides these, the shop also offers handmade cookies, nougat, cakes, and other food souvenirs, plus a mix of art and clothing.
