Travel notes: On my third day in Tainan, after breakfast, I went with Egg to Takatama Dining Hall. It was the first day their new restaurant management system went live, so he invited me along. Takatama isn't related to the famous Tokyo restaurant of the same name, but it's been open for over five years in a suburban area, which speaks to its unique appeal.
