Travel note summary: Pin Hot Pot in Luodong, Yilan. Originally wanted to try a higher-end teppanyaki in Luodong, but it was fully booked on Sunday night. So we switched to another highly-rated local hot pot place to try Kavalan chocolate pork. Paired with whiskey and a 2015 Spanish red wine, it was still a pretty good meal!
