Travel note: Shunde, Guangdong, Wucao Chicken. A small staff trip that starts and ends with eating. Besides the signature chicken, what's more special here is the live fish, similar to those at Shimen Reservoir, but here they use large crucian carp from the river, prepared in two different cooking styles, including with fermented bean paste, which left a deep impression.
