Travel notes: In the evening, two local friends from Nanning treated us to a meal at this restaurant. The location was a bit hard to find—we had to go through a very small alley, sometimes even getting out of the car to check if we could pass. But after the twists and turns, it was an eye-opener. Right next to it was the river view of Chuanshan Park, and the fish were freshly caught and cooked to order, very fresh. We ate local specialties like beer fish and braised duck, chatted about international affairs, then returned to the coffee shop from noon to drink tea and enjoy the night view.
