Travel Notes: Last week, I had a cold that lasted until a few days ago. To avoid spreading it, I had to cancel all gatherings and didn't feel like going out much, so I ended up eating at Qingda Night Market for almost every meal. This Bula Da place has moved around within the night market. What's unique is they sell Indian-style snacks, like Indian griddle cakes—where the dough is cooked on a hot spherical griddle, then filled with lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, and curry meat before being wrapped up. One serving is 40 NTD and quite large, but I was still a bit hungry, so I also got a small order of special sauce fried chicken nuggets (40 NTD). They also have Indian milk tea (25 NTD) and special chicken cutlets (40 NTD). The griddle cake is quite chewy, and while not incredibly delicious, it's definitely unique. Even without added spice, the chicken nuggets' seasoning was a bit too strong for me. That's about it. Currently, the shop is on Jianxin Road, next to Jifeng Steamed Dumplings.
