The day before yesterday, before getting off work, Morgan received a call from Junjie, a university classmate I hadn't seen in a long time. He said he was in Hsinchu and asked if I was free to eat together later. So, soon after, I brought him and Jiajun to this shop in a Dongda Road alley. This was also my third meal with different groups of university classmates within a week. Kinai Coffee is in an alley next to Dongda Road Bridge, right across from the famous Africa Garden. The three of us walked in. Maybe due to the poor location, from entry to exit, there were very few customers all night. Main courses cost around 230-250, but they offer daily specials for only $180. No service charge. All three of us ordered the daily special: white sauce cheese seafood pasta (or rice).
