Travel note summary: Today at noon, our department had a gathering at one of the restaurants inside Lakeshore Hotel—the Sunshine Café, located on the left after entering the main gate. Their main courses are divided into three price levels: NT$299, NT$399, and NT$499, plus a 10% service charge. Ranging from more平民 (common) options like pasta, American-style roasted chicken legs, and pan-fried cod with oysters, to higher-end steaks or seafood, there are different price points for customers to choose from. Since they change their menu periodically, I won't go into too much detail about all the dishes. Today, I ordered the American-style roasted chicken leg. Besides the main course, following the normal Western meal procedure, it also comes with soup (choose one of two), salad, and post-meal drinks and dessert. For the soup, I chose tomato vegetable soup, which was somewhat disappointing today—it used too much pepper, making the overall flavor too heavy and overpowering the ingredients' tastes.
