Location: Hsinchu S.Paul Steakhouse. Last Sunday night, I went to this newly opened steakhouse with Wenzheng and Junhong. There was a greeter at the door who would ask a server to take you in. Entering the store, seeing the relatively spacious area and seating, you could roughly tell the restaurant's market positioning targets a level slightly above My Home Steak and Noble Family. After sitting down, we ordered directly from the menu pasted on the table, saving the trouble of a server handing it over. The cheapest beef, pork, and chicken steaks are 190 NTD +10%, and there are seafood options plus combo meals. The variety of dishes is extensive and quite impressive. Wenzheng and I ordered the special steak + crispy cod (270 NTD +10%), while Junhong got the special steak + seafood skewer (260 NTD +10%).
