Travel notes summary: Hsinchu Duck Meat Xu & Yuanming Cake Shop (Steamed Cake). This Monday, Zihan, a senior who graduated from NCTU, invited me to eat at the second-floor cafeteria at NCTU. At the table were also several of his outstanding juniors from NTHU and NCTU graduate schools, and a junior currently serving in the military. I was very happy to meet new friends. :) On Tuesday, I made plans to eat with my own graduate school senior, Ziyi. Because Senior Ziyi's alternative military service is ending, he will also be leaving ITRI and Hsinchu, heading to the south. Taking this opportunity, I took him on a simple Hsinchu street food tour.
